Creating space for change

creating space for change

February 2020

We’re already one month into the new decade, days are getting longer, and spring seems to be just around the corner. I’ve been spending my time getting clear on my visions for 2020, creating space for change, and tidying up loose ends. As I also spoke about in my last couple of newsletters, change sometimes requires letting go of old, un-serving habits. It hasn’t been easy, but it was necessary for me. I needed that change in my life – and I’m ready for the year to come. How has your 2020 been so far?

New studio and 2020 plans
Many of you have already joined the new season of Monday night Jivamukti Yoga classes at the beautiful Sattva studio. If you haven’t had the chance to practice with me on Mondays yet, check out my February offer below. The studio has incredible energy, and for the past couple of times, we’ve been working on incorporating mindfulness practices into the Jivamukti flow. What better way to kick off your week?

As for the rest of 2020, I’m currently working on some exciting new projects and events in and around Copenhagen. A lot of you have been asking when I’ll start offering workshops again, but all I can say for now is: keep an eye out!

Regular classes on essential oils
The interest in my classes on essential oils has been overwhelming, and I’m beyond grateful for this. As a result, I now offer monthly classes at DoYoga in Vesterbro. My next class is on Sunday, the 16th of February. Space is super limited, so if you’re interested, sign up now.

Similarly, there are only 5 spaces left on my yoga retreat to Møn in June. This might be the last retreat I’m facilitating at Strandgården, so if the rainy winter weather has left you dreaming about bright summer days, sandy beaches and the salty sea (and yoga, of course), don’t wait any longer – book your space now.

I’m looking forward to seeing you in class.

With love and light,
